The food we eat, the community we support and the people we love are life’s most precious assets. Roll On aims to provide a unique, affordable sushi fusion experience, while enhancing the local Austin culture, by promoting our neighborhood arts, groups, events and charities.

What We Do

Roll On is a simple, innovative concept combining sushi with the idea of “Counter Culture” dining in Austin. The Roll On experience enables the customer to interact with staff, chefs and other guests. Roll On is come-as-you-are dining; whether in your Sunday’s best or straight from the lake, we will feed you just the same!

Each dish is a fixed price, corresponding with the color of the plate on which the dish is served. The customer can order as much as they like. Once satisfied, the staff will count the number of each color plate to calculate the total bill. The fixed price plates apply to appetizers, rolls, salads, bowls and desserts ranging from $3.95 - $6.95 per plate. Just come on in, we’ll show you how it works.

In addition to the traditional sushi, Roll On serves unique fusion rolls like the Chicken Fried Steak Roll or the Elvis Roll, which cater to the sushi and diner lovers alike. Drinks include cold sake as well as beer, wine, soda, juice and water.

 

Roll On serves lunch and dinner, 6 days per week (Monday – Thursday  11 am – 9 pm, Friday & Saturday  11 am – 10 pm). If you’re in a hurry (we recommend slowing down), but we do have a take-out display situated at the front of the restaurant for customers to buy and dash. We also take phone-in special orders for pick-up. We hope to provide delivery catering services at Roll On in the near future!
